Caring for Dry Hair And Inflate
Hair is an organ like the threads that grow on the skin of animals and humans, especially mammals. Hair emerges from the epidermis (outer skin), although derived from hair follicles which are well below the dermis. Hairlike structures, called trichomes, are also found in plants.
A healthy and beautiful hair become every woman's dream. But sometimes a lot of things that make hair become damaged. Among them is hair loss, dry hair and split ends.
Hair damage can be caused by several things, including prolonged exposure to sunlight, exposed to various chemicals from hair care products that are not safe, or because of a mistake in treating the hair itself.
Then what is the correct hair care that are not easily damaged , dry or branched ? Okay, consider the following tips :
1 Clean Hair
Wash your hair every day or every second day using shampoo that contains vitamin E. This vitamin is good for repairing damaged hair. Make sure you clean the rest of the shampoo when rinsing hair with cold water.
2 Use Hair Conditioner
Once a week, use conditioner after shampooing with a shampoo and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing. Make sure there are no remaining conditioner when rinsing hair . When using conditioner, be sure not on the scalp because it will make the hair limp and greasy.
3 Apple Vinegar
Apple Vinegar reduces damaged hair and make it more subtle. Mix one tablespoon of corn oil with half a cup of apple cider vinegar and two cups of water. Apply the mixture to the hair, after shampooing, while hair is still wet. Let stand for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly without using shampoo. To eliminate the pungent aroma of apple vinegar, you can daub conditioner on the ends of hair. Do this treatment twice a day, for maximum results.
4. Mayonnaise
Fatty acids in mayonnaise serves to soften the hair and increase the hair's natural oils. After shampooing and drying hair with towel, apply one tablespoon of mayonnaise on your hair and wrap your hair with a shower cap or hot towel. Let mayonnaise seep into the hair for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with baby shampoo or herbs.
5. Natural Oils
Use natural oils such as coconut oil on the hair, sunflower oil or almond oil to improve hair softness and smoothness. How to apply natural oils to the hair after shampooing , wrap hair with a warm towel, let stand 15-20 minutes. Then rinse the hair thoroughly.
6. Olive Oil
Once in two weeks, apply warm olive oil to wet hair before wash. Let stand for five minutes, then shampoo as usual berkeramaslah with. To warm the olive oil, use a microwave .
7. Do Rubbing
When dry hair, you should squeeze the hair with a towel rather than rubbing with a towel. Hair rubbing causes friction that can create further damage to the outer layer of the hair.
8. Combing Hair
Use a wide toothed comb to comb hair . No need to comb my hair many times , simply do not tangle hair up again .
9. Aloe Vera Gel
If you want to make the hair becomes shiny (wet look), use aloe vera gel instead of hair gel. Pure aloe vera that contains no alcohol can help repair hair. Aloe vera gel you can get at leading drug stores.
10 Avoid Hair Dryer
Avoid drying your hair with a heated manner . This method can make the hair become stressed which leads to further damage. Should dry hair with a way dikipas or ventilated.
11. Vitamin B
Consumption of vitamin B complex every day . The content of biotin in the vitamin B-complex will strengthen the hair. You can get vitamin B complex in eggs, nuts and bananas.
12. Cut Hair
Trim your hair regularly . The only way to overcome the split ends is to cut it .
